I can’t guarantee much, but I can guarantee this: the work pays off. No, it’s not easy or pain free. No, it’s not all beautiful enlightenment and peace in our hearts. To get there, there’ll be some cracking ourselves open, some looking into what we hide from, some truths about ourselves we are not always willing to look.
